About the Family Computer Club
A brief introduction
The Family Computer Club physically located at
no. 9, Savitri Cinema Complex, Greater Kailash-2, New Delhi-110048, India was started in April 1994 by Dr. Dinesh K Takyar.
Our aim is to provide practical training in computers in such a way that at no
point of time people get a feeling that this is a "useless toy"! We
feel that it is more important for our students to be able to use their
computers with great ease and confidence rather than look for a
"certificate". Of course, we provide certification for candidates
who are keen to pursue a career in Information Technology. We are,
however, still convinced that students should acquire excellent skills in their
area of learning to be able to perform well and not concentrate on certification
alone.
We teach only one-on-one, that is, one teacher to one student. We offer
flexible timings because we know that our student's work or business comes
first. Seniors love the way we take care of their technology excitement.
Children are taught the basics including what they learn in school so that their
concepts become clear and they become confident computer users. Children enjoy
the various projects we do with them.
The Family Computer Club has been growing at the rate of more than 100% every
year. We are now franchising our tried and tested business model. We are also
opening new centers all over New Delhi and India. We are interested in
partnerships of financial or managerial type.
We offer young people who have done well in computers from any institute in
India or abroad an opportunity to send us their resume for further action. We
will reply to all your queries within 48 hours at the most.
